There are tons of different download options—they've got wmv at 700kbps in five parts, quicktime full scenes, DVD quality wmvs as full scenes, and then on the lower end you've got mobile video (3gp) in, iPhone and iPod, rm, and wmv, all in your choice of low, medium, and high. So you've got all the way from the low-end dialup type stuff to the high-end DVD quality full downloads. They're all good quality, though obviously your DVD downloads will be the best. Those will be around 400MB.

There's also one set of screencaps for each update, though there is not a separate photos section or anything like that. Each screencap is sized 720x480 pixels, and though they're a little bit blurry like most screencaps are, they are pretty decent quality as far as I'm concerned. There are about 100 screencaps per set, which I feel is a good amount—not too little, not too much. You can also download the zip sets, which is of course a very nice option to have.

The friends section isn't actually filled with bonus sites as you might expect—in order to access those you'll need to use the menu at the very top of the site.
